Terms and Conditions

Our Guarantee:
Faulty or damaged goods which are returned to us, or shortfalls or non-delivery of goods, which are notified to us within 3 days, will be either replaced or refunded without question.

Delivery:
We use outside couriers to deliver our goods. They usually deliver to business premises between 9am and 5.30pm. We will only deliver to home addresses if you can make arrangements to have someone there all day waiting to sign for and receive the goods otherwise a £15.00 redelivery fee may be payable.

Consequential Loss
Under no circumstances shall our liability for consequential losses or otherwise exceed the invoice value of those goods supplied by us which were defective.

Ownership
The ownership of the goods will only be transferred to the purchaser when the outstanding amount has been fully paid.

Return of Goods:
Our goods are sold on the basis of business to business therefore distance selling regulations do not apply. If prior agreements have been made goods returned must be in as new resellable condition, unused and in original packaging including all labels and tags etc. Buyer will pay for return postage. Postage is non refundable and there is a 20% re-stocking fee for the item(s).

Tolerance:
Polythene has a manufacturing tolerance of +/- 10% in the actual size of the bags, the quantity manufactured and the thickness (gauge) of the film. We endeavour to keep within these limits as much as possible. But please take this into consideration when ordering bespoke products if size or gauge is critical.
